Embrace the perks that come with creating a bar at home – no last orders, the drinks are way cheaper and if you’ve had one mojito too many your bed is close by. We can’t pick between the three Mix and Match cocktails (they all sound delicious) so we guess we’ll have to try them all…

Method:

• Put your martini or coupe glass in the freezer to chill.

• Peel a long strip of lime skin using the potato peeler (approximately 8cm long, and 1.5cm wide), round the ends with the sharp knife and put aside to use as garnish later.

• Measure all liquid ingredients and pour into the cocktail shaker (or clean jar) and fill with cubed ice. Attach the lid and shake hard for 10 seconds or until all  ingredients are well chilled.

• Remove the glass from the freezer and place on a flat work surface.

• Crack the lid of the shaker and pour the liquid through the tea strainer into the   glass, leaving the ice behind.

• Twist the lime skin into a heart shape and peg to the side of the glass and fill the central space with pomegranate seeds.

• Voila! We’ll take three.

Method:

• To make demerara cinnamon syrup: Stir 2 parts granulated demerara sugar with 1 part hot water until sugar is dissolved. Add 1 cinnamon stick and leave

mixture in the fridge to cool for 1 hour. Strain out the cinnamon stick and bottle the syrup until needed.

• Thread 3 berries onto the cocktail skewer and put aside to use for garnish later.

• Place the remaining berries into the bottom of the cocktail shaker (or clean jar) and gently squash with the end of the rolling pin to release the juices.

• Measure all liquid ingredients and pour into the cocktail shaker and fill with cubed ice. Attach the lid and shake hard for 10 seconds or until all ingredients are

  well chilled.

• Fill the tiki glass with crushed ice and place on a flat work surface.

• Crack the lid of the shaker and pour the liquid through the tea strainer into the glass, leaving the cubed ice behind.

• Place the skewered berries onto the side of the glass alongside the edible flower and spray with edible gold glitter.

• It’s Tiki Time!

Method:

• Prepare the apple fan by slicing off a flat section of apple, then slice this section into 6 thin strips of equal width (approximately 1mm wide each). Spread them

out into a fan shape and stick the cocktail skewer through to secure them together and put aside to use for garnish along with the elderflower blossoms.

• Measure all liquid ingredients (apart from dry ginger ale) and pour into the cocktail shaker (or clean jar) with the mint leaves and fill with cubed ice. Attach the

lid and shake hard for 10 seconds or until all ingredients are well chilled.

• Fill the handled glass mug with cubed ice and place on a flat work surface.

• Crack the lid of the shaker and pour the liquid through the tea strainer into the glass, leaving the used ice behind.

• Place the apple fan onto the side of the glass alongside the elderflower blossoms.

• Instant summer vibes!
