How to stay safe in store
We were born on the high street over 30 years ago, and OMG have we missed seeing you in store! We’re excited to welcome you back real soon, with many of our stores reopening on Monday June 15th, but we want our long awaited reunion to be as safe as possible! This means things will be a bit different and we have lots of new measures in place to protect us all. Before you head out to see us, take a look at our new Island code...
When & Where?
Over 150 of our stores will be open from Monday 15th June with more to follow on Thursday 18th June. For now, all stores will have reduced opening hours, head to our store finder to see if your fave location is open and check times.
You may have to queue to enter, things are worth the wait right? Once you're inside, you’ll see clear social distancing guidelines and there will be a monitor in each store, just to keep it all running smoothly
We’re taking safety seriously so our teams will be wearing reusable visors and disposable gloves and masks - this is essential to protect them and you.
As well as regular cleaning taking place throughout the day, there will be hand sanitiser stations set up for all to use.
We really encourage you to go contactless, but we will still accept cash. E-receipts will not be issued. We’ve also fitted screens at our tills for the protection of colleagues and customers.
Store purchases have 28 days to return from the date your chosen store re opens. Valid for purchases made from 18/02/2020 with receipt of purchase.
Click & Collect will not be available for now, we’ll let you know as soon as it’s back.We know trying things on is part of the fun, but our fitting rooms & Style Studios will remain closed for your safety. Our Footwear departments will be self-serve for now and seating will be 2m apart. We can’t wait to see you IRL, but if you can’t make it out to our stores, or just don’t feel comfortable doing so right now, you can continue to connect and shop with us online. However you wish to join in, our community is always open.
